Good budget stay
Location is nice, only 2 block away from the station, it wasn’t difficult to reach even with suitcases. Comfy bed and clean room. Easy check in and check-out.
Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. If I could opt out, I would to save some money.

What was the highlight of Comfort Hotel Sendai East
Comfortable, easy hotel with breakfast. Close to station.
Location was close to the station - an 8 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious and they offered a variety of options. They would have same core food for the majority, but then mix up some of the special hot food and drinks across the days. Room was clean and quiet. We stayed partially during Golden Week, and they arranged alternatives to handle the increased number of people, which was forward thinking of them. Everything went smooth for us. The staff was very kind and attentive. Check in and out processes were very smooth and quick. They had a lobby / seated area by the front desk that you can relax at, that we used to plan our itenerary a bit. Was very nice and convenient.
Toilet seat was a bit loud when you sat down. It does a short rinsing, and I've seen this behaviour with other hotels, so it didn't surprise me. The noise was just slightly louder than we preferred. (It stops after 10 seconds)
